Coming to SPAC? Learn how to make your visit a fun, safe experience!

POP/ROCK CONCERTS

(LIVE NATION DOES NOT ALLOW PATRONS TO BRING ALCOHOL)

Guests are welcome to bring the following items:

  • Food (in a clear, 1 gallon plastic bag)
  • Factory sealed water bottles up to 1 gallon
  • Blankets
  • Strollers
  • Binoculars
  • Backpacks
  • Purses
  • Small lawn chairs
  • Umbrellas
  • Ponchos/Rain Jackets

For your safety and enjoyment, please leave the following items at home:

  • Coolers (Coolers ARE allowed at the Freihofer's Saratoga Jazz Festival)
  • Animals/pets
  • Laser pens
  • Cooking equipment
  • Bikes
  • Rollerblades
  • Skateboards
  • Illegal substances
  • Glass of any kind
  • Weapons
  • Knives
  • Fireworks

CLASSICAL EVENTSĀ (BALLET & ORCHESTRA)

  • Alcohol is permitted on premises
  • No Pets, Roller-blades, Skateboards or Bikes
  • No Cameras, Video or Recording Equipment
  • No Grills, Hibachis or Cooking Equipment
  • It is a VIOLATION of NYS Law to carry or possess any firearm, knife, weapon or fireworks on Park Property
  • No Smoking in the center lawn area

JAZZ FESTIVAL

  • Alcohol is permitted on premises
  • Coolers are permitted on premises
  • No Pets, Roller-blades. Skateboards or Bikes
  • No Video or Recording Equipment - Cameras OK
  • No Grills, Hibachis or Cooking Equipment
  • No Glass of any kind
  • No Beer Kegs or Beer Balls
  • It is a VIOLATION of NYS Law to carry or possess any firearm, knife, weapon or fireworks on Park Property

Smoking is not permitted within the Live Nation Family Zones on the Lawn
All ground rules are subject to change.

HELPFUL HINTS

  • Gates open 1 hour prior to MOST Live Nation events.
  • Gates open 2 hours prior to classical events.
  • Parking lots open 2 hours prior to MOST Live Nation events.
  • If you are concerned about your child's safety, we suggest purchasing a lawn seat and accompanying him/her.
  • When picking children up, we suggest arriving at least 1/2 hour before the concert ends or you may not be able to get into the parking lot.
  • We do not make public announcements during any performance. If you need to locate someone make sure you know your party's seat location.
  • If someone has a medical condition that requires syringes or special medical attention, they should alert the SPAC staff on arrival who will notify SPAC Medical to discuss your needs.
  • Beer is normally sold at all events. Picture ID required for all ages.
  • Children under 2 years admitted free to all events. If adults have inside seats they may sit in the adult patrons lap but may not utilize an additional seat unless purchased for them.
  • Due to crowd size, handicap carts are not available during Pop/Rock Concerts.
  • Camping on NYS Park Grounds is prohibited. Go to www.saratoga.org for information about local campgrounds.
