SPAC Gift Certificate Order Form

Send the gift of SPAC to someone special today!

Please submit a separate order form for each gift certificate recipient.

Gift certificates will be sent to the purchaser's address unless otherwise instructed. Certificates are available for gift-giving and may be used towards the purchase of tickets for any performance at our center. Certificates may be redeemed by mail or at the SPAC Box Office (open from Mother's Day until September), 2480 Route 50, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. Gift Certificates are not transferable and cannot be replaced. Cash refunds are not issued for any remaining balance.

Certificates are valid for five (5) years from the date of purchase. At the end of this period the unused remaining account will be considered a contribution to the Saratoga Performinng Arts Center.
