It’s back! The SPAC Rock and Run 5k is May 20! A 5k through beautiful Spa State Park with bands playing all along the way! May will be here before you know it, so you better start training now!

Pre-Race Registration Details:

Saturday, May 19th
8-9 am and from 2-5 pm in the Hall of Springs Gold Room.
Kids Race – $7 per child
5k – $32 per runner

Day-of Race Registration Details:

Kids Race 8am – 9:30am, by the Vitamin Water truck
5k 8:30am – 10am, by the Vitamin Water truck
Kids Race – $7 per child
5k – $32 per runner

There will be a car show at the Saratoga Auto Museum on the morning of the run so please park in the route 50 parking lot for easier access to the grounds!
