SPAC in LIFE Magazine – 1966 – Stuff from the Archives
Staying back in 1966, the opening season of SPAC, we found this article in LIFE magazine about SPAC “restoring the glitter” to Saratoga.
Favorite lines include “The Center’s semicircle pavilion, tossed down like a tiara on a green velvet lawn…” and “…provides a handsome background for people who like to dress up”. Handsome indeed!
