As we commemorate the fifty years as a not-for-profit, community founded venue, we remember that the dreams of the future are as important as the history of the past. The Hattie's Mardi Gras Party will pay tribute to our founders' legacy by launching SPAC's artistic future through innovative programming, once-in-a-lifetime special events, and honorary world-premieres by choreographer Justin Peck and composer Michael Torke. Together, we will applaud our cherished resident founder George Balanchine, Lincoln Kirstein, Eugene Ormandy, and their world-renowned artistry. With the help of our community support, SPAC can move forward into the next 50 years. A commitment to both artistic excellence and SPAC's legacy is crucial to ensuring that future generations enjoy the magic of SPAC.
