The fantastical, multi-media artistry of MOMIX, the celebrated troupe of dancer illusionists led by choreographer Moses Pendleton, comes to Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) on Thursday, August 1 at 8 P.M. The company will present its highly acclaimed production of Botanica, a visually stunning performance that fuses elements of dance, theater and cinema to create spellbinding, larger-than-life images from the natural world.

This is an amphitheatre only performance. You are more than welcome to sit on the lawn and enjoy the performance. There will be no outdoor cinema screens available on this evening.

Enchanted Family Night sponsored by CDPHP

The evening will also feature a special "Enchanted Family Night." Children and families will be able to enjoy a magical scavenger hunt on the lawn, a live butterfly release, storytelling (Rain dependent!), face painting, Sparkles on Stilts (Rain Dependent!), glittering arts and crafts station, woodland fairies, free magical themed Stewart's ice cream* and more. The Pre-Show is free and open to MOMIX ticketholders.

This Enchanted CDPHP Family Night will also feature the popular Instrument Petting Zoo sponsored by the Alfred Z. Solomon Charitable Trust, Pediatric Dentistry's "Smile Zone", commemorative photos by Saratoga Photobooth, and a special enchanted Albany Medical Center's Children's Workshop on the Lawn


  1. Forest- Chocolate Ice Cream: pure chocolate ice cream
  2. Fairy- Philly Vanilla: vanilla ice cream with finely crushed vanilla beans
  3. Mystical- Mint Cookie Crumble: mint ice cream with a chocolate fudge swirl & crushed cookie pieces
  4. Elf- Blueberry Patch: blueberry greek frozen yogurt
  5. Magic- Regretzel: vanilla ice cream with chocolate covered pretzels and a caramel swirl
